The JEE Mains 2020 exam

has been postponed by the MHRD. According to reports, the exam is scheduled to be held from 18 to 23 July. The new dates for holding the JEE Main 2020 April session have been announced by the Minister of Human Resource Development. The new dates for downloading the admit card will be announced soon by the NTA in the official website. Earlier, the JEE Mains April 2020 examination was scheduled to be held on April 5, 7 to 9, and April 11.
 
This year, the authority is organizing JEE Main 2020 for three papers - BE / BTech (Paper 1), Burch (Paper 2), and BPLN (Paper 3). According to the new JEE Main 2020 exam pattern, Brack and Biplane have been separated. Interested candidates are allowed to appear for either of the two sessions.

The JEE Mains 2020 paper was announced on January 23 for the 2 and 3 January sessions. A total of 138410 for B.Arch and 59003 for B. Planning candidates were registered in this examination. Out of which 112679 candidates appeared for BArch and 44517 candidates for planning. The result of Paper 1 (BE / BTech) of JEE Main 2020 was declared on 17 January (Friday) with the final answer key of Paper 1. The final answer key (BARCH) of JEE Main 2020 for Paper 2 and Paper 3 BPLining is released on 23 January. JEE Main Paper 2 (BArch) and Paper (BPLN) was held on 6 January. Eligible candidates will be able to fill the JEE Main 2020 application form for Paper 2 from September 3 to October 10, 2019.


New changes in JEE Main 2020 paper 2

  • Application fee payment: Only the online payment method was available. Offline payments have been removed.
  • JEE Main Application Fee: Application fee has been increased for each category
  • JEE Main Examination Center: Examination cities in India have been reduced from 264 to 233
  • JEE Main Exam Pattern: The total number of questions changed. JEE Main Paper 2 (BArch) and JEE Main Paper 3 (BPlan) will be of 400 marks.

JEE Main Paper 2 Admit Card 2020


NTA will soon announce the date of the issue of the JEE Main 2020 Paper 2 Admit Card. The JEE Main Admit Card will be issued to all the candidates who have successfully registered for the exam. Admit card is an important document that should be taken in the examination hall. Candidates who do not take their admit card will not be allowed to appear for the entrance examination. Along with the admit card, candidates must also carry an identity proof.


Jee main 2020 paper 2 question paper


After the conclusion of the examination, the conductor authority, NTA, will issue the JEE Main Paper 2 question paper. Candidates will be able to provide sample papers of JEE Main in a PDF format and can also download their answer sheet along with the questions. For preparation, candidates can download previous years' JEE main questions available online and take mock tests regularly.

JEE Main 2020 Paper 2 Result


The result of JEE Main 2020 is compiled based on the final JEE Main 2020 answer keys released by the NTA. Evaluation of multiple-choice questions of BArch paper will be carried out using final JEE Main answer keys and the actual marks obtained by candidates will be considered while preparing the JEE Main results. For multi-shift papers, raw marks obtained by the candidates in different shifts/sessions will be converted to NTA 2020 scores.

JEE Main 2020 paper 2 cutoff
JEE Main 2020 cutoff scores are of two types - qualifying cutoff marks and entry cutoff marks. NTA has released the qualifying JEE Main cutoff marks for all three papers. JoSAA will release the entry cutoff (opening and closing rank) marks after the result is declared. The factors that determine the JEE Main 2020 BARR cutoff are:

JEE Main 2020 Counseling

JEE Main 2020 Exam Day Guidelines
Below are some important things that should be followed by the candidates in the JEE Main 2020 exam center or not. It has also been told that candidates have to be brought to the examination center, without which they will not be allowed to sit the exam. What to do on exam day? Examiners will be provided with a pencil and a sheet for any rough work. However, candidates are advised to carry a pen or pencil for the test.

* Certificate: PWD certificate is issued by the competent authority if there is a claim for exemption under the PWD category.
What not to do on exam day?
JEE Main 2020 candidates will not be allowed to carry watches, calculators, jewelry, bags, purses, phones, etc. These are banned at any of the JEE Main 2020 exam centers.
Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall without the permission of the Center Superintendent or the concerned supervisor.
No candidate will be allowed to take any food, tea, or coffee to the examination hall during the examination day.
Smoking and eating are strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
Diabetic students will be allowed to carry food items such as sugar tablets/fruits and transparent water bottles. However, they will not be allowed to carry any packaged foods such as candy/chocolate/sandwiches.
BArch Eligibility Criteria for JEE Main 2020
The JEE Main Eligibility Criteria require candidates to complete a number of aspects to appear for this national level engineering entrance exam. The eligibility criteria for JEE Main 2020 candidates is as follows:
Eligibility criteria set by the Council of Architecture for admission to B.Arch. Courses other than NIT, IIIT, CFTI: "No candidate shall enter Architecture course unless he has passed the examination at the end of qualifying examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and in aggregate. 50% marks. Aptitude test ".
A number of attempts allowed in JEE Main - A candidate is allowed to attempt the exam for three consecutive years. From 2020, the JEE Main exam will be conducted twice a year - first in January and second in April. Thus, the total number of attempts will be six - twice every year for 3 years. If a candidate wants to try more, he/she will have to appear for JEE Main (back to back) continuously in three years. Which means that one cannot take a gap of one year in the effort.
